I live my life in service as an ascension guide, liberation guide, spiritual awakening teacher, writer, poet and way shower (among other things!), dedicated to assisting individuals to ascend to a higher form of living, and to access higher states of consciousness. I am the visionary creator of AYA, I write spiritually focused POETRY and am currently writing my first novel. I make and perform electronic music, am trying to learn the piano, am involved in many awakened projects, and since 2012, I have been in ascension, living through the activation and integration of what we are terming the LIGHTBODY. This involves nothing less than moving towards living in DIVINE UNION with one's cosmic higher god self.

I facilitate transformational journeys to true self in ways that work and assist people to harness this awakened self-evolution energy, and begin calibrating their personal circumstances with their inner life. Everything I do is directed towards inspiring and enabling people to discover, align with, express and realize the path they need. To ring the bell and walk through an open door to a truly authentic life where passions, visions, vocation and life purpose(s) are integrated and balance is achieved.
I am coming from a position where I know, without doubt, that we are living through the most powerfully transformative times in human history. The opportunity to evolve into a new divine human - Homo Universalis, complete with an activated light body, is being presented to so many of us at this time. The process will not be comfortable, but the rewards are truly wonderful, and I am here to assist, and to apply what I have learned to help others on their own unique paths. Yes, this is ASCENSION and you are being invited to start your own unique journey of awakening to remembering who and what you really are. Remember though: there are many levels of spiritual awakening. It's not enough to simply consider yourself WOKE!
You are light that knows itself as eternal light.

I provide guidance, support, counselling and resources, for those who are going through this spiritual awakening process, and which you can find more information about on the PRIVATE SESSIONS page of this website. I run guided week-long walks on pilgrimage routes such as the Camino De Santiago in Northern Spain, and on the various caminos in the Canary Islands. I am planting the seed of beautiful organisation/entity called AYA (or All You Are) and I do talks about the ascension process, which is already well under way on our planet. As a person-centred practitioner, a typical session with me begins by me saying, “just start talking…”
I prefer to function online, using Skype/WhatsApp/Facebook/Phone sessions. In person sessions are also available.

People are ‘popping’ all over the place. They may be demoralized by the global situation, at odds with the world around them and their own inner being, and experiencing personal crisis, and other such wake-up calls. Indeed, crisis is an extremely powerful evolutionary driver and, as such, is driving the awakening process for so many at this time - although it is not actually necessary. Sometimes we have to get lost to find ourselves. I feel that people rarely learn anything by being told, they have to find out for themselves. For everyone this wake-up experience will be unique.
You are waking up to a new reality. You know deep down that you deserve more in this life, and you understand and feel that the world you used to take for granted is far from what you thought it was. Perhaps, you are understanding that we have been living in fake and programmed world that has kept our true existence away from ourselves. It's time to choose to believe in yourself and now.
You may be spending a lot of time wondering: "Who am I?". Spiritual awakening often involves experiences which are intensely challenging and feelings of being lost and insecure, feelings of being unsatisfied and unhappy with our lives. Our conscience is telling us that we should and can be happy and fulfilled - but we are not - and we feel that inner void more than ever. Something is missing and we recognize that we are searching for something. The problem is - we don't know what that is! This is perfectly normal. We have received our own personal wake-up experience. Your being, your soul, your eternal essence, whatever you want to call it, is guiding you to let go of everything that is not authentic to you. I'm glad that you've found your way to this site. Once the process has started, there's no turning back...
For some it will involve the discovery of their passion, for others a way of better knowing themselves or raising the level of their confidence and understanding, allowing the consolidation and crystallization of what they already felt to be true - like remixing one's world. For others the experience will be most useful in lessening the sometimes paralyzing paradox of choice or the distress that often comes from the perception that opportunities have been missed. For many there will come a way of dealing with and resolving the confusion of not having a calling, or the distress at not being able to get from A to B, or even knowing where B is. My work through Be All You Are helps all to find their place in the totality, find out how to start, how to find the strength to keep walking, onwards and upwards, how to transform your knowledge about the destination you are heading for, and how to answer the question:
Who would you be, what would you do, if you knew you could not fail?
Accessible to all and free of judgement about where you are or where you want to go, I connect with people at all stages of their own journey of embracing who and what they really are. As a spiritual awakening guide, I do my best to facilitate you to better navigate, with purpose, the waters of this new era of conscious, creative evolution that we are all living through. I work with individuals and groups to move towards these 3 keys to ascension:
1. Self-Love: We are all perfectly imperfect. Our work together must begin with an acceptance of what is. Then we have the beginning of a process built on solid foundations. The universe provides a perfect reflection of where you are. Maybe it's time to begin taking responsibility...
2. Love for the journey so far: Up until now, everything that has happened in your life has happened perfectly for you - and all the beings involved with you - to grow in exactly the way you’ve needed and wanted to grow. In this lifetime, and, of course, all the others!
3. Love for another or others: I often hear people say that the decisions and actions we make are triggered by either fear or love. But what kind of love? I help you to see that it is really only unconditional, pure radiant love that is supported on ‘the new earth’.

OUR NEXT STEP IN EVOLUTION: FROM HOMO SAPIENS TO HOMO UNIVERSALIS
This is a tremendously exciting moment for us as human beings, and for Gaia too. Today we are in a time that calls for a jump, a shift, a rapid change, not just because we can but because we must. And this could be the most important, the most beautiful, the most profound lifetime you ever lived.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room
This is not the time to sit on the sidelines, to be a passive traveller through life, to stagnate through passive ideology. Life on the planet is in the hot seat. Gaia has already ascended to support the embodiment of 5th dimensional (pure love) consciousness by those humans who are willing and ready to begin their process.
What deeply committed individuals there are in this world! Such a profound strength of spirit and heart exists in people. What a joy it is to feel safe, encouraged, and honoured as a human being.
7 distinct shared elements that all spiritualities uphold universally
- An open heart, having our hearts as a reference point.
- A practice of living in the present fully, not partially but fully. This is not a given but something that is cultivated purposefully.
- Non-judgement of differences in others, be it religion, race, capacities, predilections and all that is not like me, or what I want.
- Lightness, creativity and joy. Creativity feeds our non-linear self, it is a state of mind. The more detachment from our story we build, the more kid-like we become.
- Optimism as a choice. Choosing to be shiny and engaging and positive because that is the state of our psychology where doors open, and the best outcomes unfold from.
- Actively allowing mystery in our life. The state of not knowing is intrinsic to the spiritual experience, while at the same time it is absolute knowing that perfect the manifestation process. It's even an awesome feeling to accept that there are many things we may never know.
- An impulse to give, to help, to support others, to care for the planet. Feeling part of a bigger whole, feeling connected totally enhances our spirit and gives us meaning.
Of course feeling aligned with our highest vision or visions for ourselves is beyond awesome
How do you connect to the divine? What are the particular ways, personal to you, in which you feel connected to spirit, to a higher order? Kindly consider this and move towards bringing it more clearly into your daily life.
What is important to you, right now, for your spiritual journey? What are the lessons that life is presenting to you in this moment that you need to be aware of, open your eyes to, and embrace? Kindly consider this and let this larger context completely change, or remix, how you are relating to what is happening in your life.
When in deep meditation, one can feel the silence, it has a physicality, you can touch it, and feel it enveloping around you. When in group meditation, there can be doubt that we all share the 7 elements (given above) of universal spirituality.

THE TONE OF OUR TIME
Having mastery of awareness mandates that we be in alignment with the mood and realities of the world we live in - the TONE of our time. We can also be timeless with our creations and expressions, and be in the world, but not of it.
Being in alignment means we don't resist it because we get tight and our functionality goes down, rather we ADAPT to its presence and we take the best out of it, so that we can dance with the world.
We truly need to become HOMO UNIVERSALIS to reach our real potential, to connect with off world brethren, and save ourselves from ourselves.
Crisis is the most important evolutionary driver that there is. Crisis on a personal level, crisis on a social level, crisis on a planetary level, all are fueling the ascension process. Are you hearing the call?

THE DOORS TO ASCENSION ARE NOW WIDE OPEN

At some point in the ascension process, the only thing that makes any sense is to live in divine service
You are being invited to answer your own call. It is the perfect time for all those with willing hearts to begin their own ascension process, the new operating system of the planet has been anchored in, all is well. You will have the chance to live life as all aspects of yourself. Choose wisely, try to master at least one aspect, make sure that at least one aspect can generate money, and allow what is not you to be cleared out of your existence, out of your being, out of the contexts you choose to put yourself into. Take care to move towards being the very highest vision of yourself.
Sometimes what is necessary to clear can be quite dramatic. You will need to learn how to let go, how to develop a mastery of non-attachment (maintaining your inner world whatever is happening in the external world), you'll need to become totally self-sufficient in love, and above all, you'll have to move towards loving yourself more than you ever thought possible. When the drama comes to strip you of something that is not you, we call this:

You are being presented with the opportunity to become a:
RESPONSIBLE SPIRITUAL PIRATE
You will need to simplify your life so that it is in alignment with your deepest desires. Kindly do not resist the clearing of all that is not really you. You will begin having prophetic dreams, dreams which show you exactly what you need to do. You will experience some kind of kundalini awakening, and so begin the process of activating and integrating the light body. You may begin to experience contact with STAR FAMILY - beings of higher dimensional consciousness who are working hard to support you in this, the greatest journey of any of all your lifetimes. You will become an avatar of your higher self and seed the planet. Kindly take care to plant your seeds on fertile ground.

THE RULES FOR BEING HUMAN
1. YOU WILL RECEIVE A BODY - you may like it or not, but it will be yours for the duration of your human curriculum experience
2. YOU WILL LEARN LESSONS - you are enrolled in a full-time, informal school called LIFE. Each day in this school, you will have the opportunity to learn lessons. You may like the lessons or think them irrelevant or stupid
3. THERE ARE NO MISTAKES, ONLY LESSONS - growth is a process of trial and error, or experimentation. The 'failed' experiments are as much a part of the process as the experiment that ultimately 'works'
4. A LESSON IS REPEATED UNTIL IT IS LEARNED - a lesson will be presented to you in various forms until you have learned and integrated it
5. LEARNING LESSONS DOES NOT END - there is no part of life that does not contain its lessons
6. 'THERE' IS NO BETTER THAN 'HERE' - when your 'there' has become 'here', you will simply obtain another 'there' that will again appear better than 'here'
