If you feel ready to move towards an understanding, and more importantly a feeling, perhaps even only periodically, that your physical journey and your spiritual journey are one and the same, then we can work together, and work together well. I live my life in service as an ascension guide, liberation guide, spiritual awakening teacher, and wayshower (among other things!), dedicated to assisting individuals to ascend to a higher form of living, and to access higher states of consciousness. Perhaps you are already on your path and need some support and guidance from someone who has walked and is walking a similar road. Wherever and whoever you are, I'm here to help.

I facilitate transformational journeys to true self in ways that work and assist my clients to harness this awakened self-evolution energy, and begin calibrating their personal circumstances with their inner life. Everything I do is directed towards inspiring and enabling people to discover, align with, express and realize the path they need. To ring the bell and walk through an open door to a truly authentic life where passions, visions, vocation and life purpose(s) are integrated and balance is achieved.
I am coming from a position where I know, without doubt, that we are living through the most powerfully transformative times in human history. The opportunity to evolve into a new divine human - Homo Universalis, complete with an activated light body, is being presented to so many of us at this time. The process will not be comfortable, but the rewards are truly wonderful, and I am here to assist, and to apply what I have learned to help others on their own unique paths. Yes, this is ASCENSION and you are being invited to start your own unique journey of awakening to remembering who and what you really are...
I provide guidance, support, counselling and resources, I run guided week-long walks on pilgrimage routes such as the Camino De Santiago in Northern Spain, and do talks about the ascension process which is already well under way on our planet. As a person-centred practitioner, a typical session with me begins by me saying, “just start talking…”
I prefer to function online, using Skype/WhatsApp/Facebook/Phone sessions. In person sessions are also available.

"No problem can be solved by the same consciousness that created it."
People are ‘popping’ all over the place. They may be demoralised by the global situation, at odds with the world around them and their own inner being, and experiencing personal crisis, and other such wake-up calls. Indeed, crisis is an extremely powerful evolutionary driver and, as such, is driving the awakening process for so many at this time - although it is not actually necessary. Sometimes we have to get lost to find ourselves, and as a practitioner, I feel that people rarely learn anything by being told, they have to find out for themselves. For everyone this wake-up experience will be unique.
For some it will involve the discovery of their passion, for others a way of better knowing themselves or raising the level of their confidence and understanding, allowing the consolidation and crystallisation of what they already felt to be true. For others the experience will be most useful in lessening the sometimes paralysing paradox of choice or the distress that often comes from the perception that opportunities have been missed. For many there will come a way of dealing with and resolving the confusion of not having a calling, or the distress at not being able to get from A to B, or even knowing where B is. My work through Be All You Are helps all to find their place in the totality, find out how to start, how to find the strength to keep walking, onwards and upwards, and to answer the question: Who would you be, what would you do, if you knew you could not fail?
Accessible to all and free of judgement about where you are or where you want to go, I connect with people at all stages of their own journey of embracing who and what they really are. As a spiritual awakening guide, I do my best to facilitate you to better navigate, with purpose, the waters of this new era of conscious, creative evolution that we are all living through.
Starting can be hard. Not starting even harder...
Through Be All You Are, I am dedicated to helping people to choose to believe in themselves and now. I work to spark and sustain breakthroughs. Yes, breakdown really can be transformed into breakthrough. I ensure that my clients question their own assumptions and make sure that what they believe - about themselves, about the world, and the connections between the two, fit what they feel in their deepest core.
My sessions provide you with a safe space to open up, and allow you to both reveal yourself and cry your heart out, and bring along whichever part of you wishes to be seen and heard.
I help people from all walks of life to liberate themselves from the tired old habitual story they’ve been telling themselves, and adopt powerful new perspectives, and ways of seeing and being which energise, refresh and inspire us into new actions and compelling pathways.
I am working with individuals who are just beginning to hear the call, with those who are experiencing kundalini awakenings or other such energies, with those who are conscious of the fact that they have begun their own ascension process, and with others who are just beginning to recognise that an invitation has been placed before them.
The challenges we are facing in our lives are best seen as opportunities to ‘switch on’. We are all walking our path. The choice becomes: to walk consciously or unconsciously.

2. Love for the journey so far: Up until now, everything that has happened in your life has happened perfectly for you - and all the beings involved with you - to grow in exactly the way you’ve needed and wanted to grow. In this lifetime, and, of course, all the others!
3. Love for another or others: I often hear people say that the decisions and actions we make are triggered by either fear or love. But what kind of love? I help you to see that it is really only unconditional, radiant love that is supported on ‘the new earth’.

Creating a clear vision. The chances are you have several different areas of your life you wish to transform. Getting clear and creating focus around your values, strengths and assets is most certainly a key.
You'll have a sounding board. This is a non-judgemental relationship. The teacher and the student together create the teaching. You have the opportunity to explore your ideas in a safe space.
A cushion for critical conversations. Let's face it, sometimes we need to have conversations that are not easy.
A different perspective. We can explore different perspectives for any situation. You'll not see yourself as "stuck" anymore and choose how you wish to view your life.
Somebody will say what you need to hear. Somebody without an agenda of their own will say it how they see it or tell you what you need to hear. Blindspots and vulnerabilities can be illuminated. Understanding can be gradually deepened.

Your story is your jewel.
We have all accumulated painful and traumatic experiences over time, which, if they remain unreleased, have a continuous impact on our everyday lives and unconsciously block our ability to make progress towards our true desires.
We spend decades, lifetimes, rejecting and fighting our emotions. We distract and tranquilize ourselves to distance ourselves from our inner feelings, anything to avoid being present! Of course, we just end up exhausting ourselves. Most often, we only want to have the “good“ ones and by no means do we accept the “bad“ ones. Only the sunshine please, no dark clouds. This is an aspect of "duality". Duality is the concept and experience of life where one chooses to judge people, including oneself, places and things, as right or wrong, good or bad, etc. How many times have you determined that you or another were wrong, or right for that matter?
This is usually not something that is turned off and on like a light switch. But we can begin moving away from duality (ego) consciousness and towards soul (unity) consciousness.
It's OK to make mistakes. This is how we evolve and learn through challenging ourselves without fear.
Take for example, the word "FAILURE". This word puts forward a very simplistic way of thinking that allows for only two possibilities: failure or success. Few things in our universe are black and white, yet much of our language reads as if they were. All subtlety is lost through this black and white approach, and we lose our ability to see the truth, which is, of course, considerably more complex. Indeed, many truths can exist all together at the same time. At no point do we assert: "our way is better".
In addition, we hurt ourselves, and our labeling acts as deterrent, scarring us from taking risks for fear of "failure". All you have to do is speak or read the word failure and see how it makes you feel. When the word "failure" comes up, it's really a call for us to apply a more enlightened consciousness to the matter at hand.
When we are ready and the time is right, we can begin the journey to self, to our core. When the student is ready, the teacher appears. We will rediscover our ability to feel (everything). We will learn to be angry, disgusted and desperate. To allow and accept that in order for it to pass, rather than covering it all up with 'bandaids' and masks. We will learn to allow ourselves to grieve, to be sad, to accept and to truly let go. To become happy and whole again, to reach a place of inner serenity, and inner strength. We will truly open our hearts, rediscover our ability to love, first loving ourselves and then loving others. To actually begin generating our own love and embracing everything we are and everything there is.
Our true self wishes to be FREE.
Coaching/guidance sessions typically begin with FEAR. My clients have often reached a point where they have to talk to someone, someone they hope will take them seriously, and understand the unique challenges of their situation. We create a personalised manual to best respond to and flow with the ascension process.
Remember: you can only start from where you are
So this is one of the things I do for a living - have conversations with people, be with them, help them through times of difficulty, doubt, uncertainty, crisis and despair, help them to find a different perspective.
In my practice, I work with clients from every walk of life who sense they are at some ‘critical point’ in their lives; perhaps stuck, confused and unsure of the way forward: at a crossroads. Discovering meaning and purpose in these ‘places’ can be transforming and help realise new perspectives and horizons. I love to assist people to open up, tell their stories, and find their own strength within, and I draw on the rich experience of working with individuals who each have their own courage, integrity and uniqueness. The wake-up experience has many common threads, but is at the same time, absolutely unique to each individual. My approach gives those I work with, the permission, support, and challenge, to be more of who they truly are, and find the keys to bravely strike out on their very own journey. I aim to empower my clients to ignore the noise, and listen to their own truth.
You can contact me to have a brief chat through your needs and decide whether what I offer is what you are looking for. If you call me but cannot get through, just send an SMS or other kind of message, and I will get back to you as soon as I am able. My suggestion is most often to arrange a first coaching session, either 60 minutes or 90 minutes, and then you can decide on the best way forward. That will allow you to find out if I am a good fit for you, and enable us to explore what you need from me. You can then continue with individual sessions - I suggest 2 or 3 per month but you can schedule as many or as few as you like - or you can subscribe to my coaching plan, which is more affordable. I choose to function mostly online for many reasons. My own authentic life requires that I spend time in different locations: Galicia in NW Spain, The Canary Islands, London and Bristol, and I travel to perform through my musical persona, perform my POETRY and to give talks, research and write, and run my guided pilgrimages.
You have the option to continue with one-off sessions, or to subscribe to the Be All You Are Coaching Plan, which can be cancelled at any time.
We connect through Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp, Facebook, or simply over the phone. Whatever works for you. You always have the option to have sessions with or without video. You can book sessions online, or just let me know some days/times that are convenient for you, and I will book you in myself. Meeting online allows you to choose a place/environment that you feel supports you best. We typically connect 2 or 3 times a month, but you can choose how often you wish to meet.
Meeting online gives you the freedom to choose a location/environment that is supportive for you as an individual, and allows you to schedule things more easily and conveniently, and truly relax during the session. It just works. My clients often do wish to connect with me in person at some stage. This is possible as I can usually schedule a physical face to face meeting at some point, or you may feel guided to come on one of the pilgrimages or projects that I organize. I'm pretty flexible and open to ideas, and the locations where I am based in Spain lend themselves to combining coming to meet me, with arranging other magical adventures.

A kind of continual unfolding.
