ARTICLE ONE
Entering 5D
The strong 5-D energies are now here within us. Intense energies after intense energies are now pouring down on Gaia and on our physical vessels. Transition from 3-D to 5-D consciousness is now truly unstoppable. The brain is being worked upon by these energies, the heart palpitation is quite intense for those ascending into 5-D due to the higher heart activation required to operate in a higher dimension. It is important to support one’s circulatory system with omega 3,6,9 and B vitamins, and to understand that visions can be blurry and dazed due to third eye expansion. There will be ongoing symptoms of ascension which are just a natural recalibration process in our bodies. For sure, there is heightened sense awareness, and time seems to fly so fast. This is a taste test of 5-D reality. Soon we will get used to it. Sleep pattern has changed a lot for most of us due to this energy influx and many are experiencing ringing in the ears. As our physical vessels turn to a more powerful carbon 7 from 12, some of you might now be seeing 666 or 999, this means you are now completing the process of physical ascension. Congratulations. Your body will be more agile, stronger, younger, immune to diseases and live much much longer beyond regular life expectancy.
Some of us are now experiencing another bout of the dark night of the soul. Stay strong fellow starseed-light-bearers, for this is just a test to let us know if we are truly ready to embrace the 5-D energies. We must trust the process. These are just monitoring procedures to help us gauge ourselves if we can now consciously control our vibration before we are allowed to roam free in 5-D. Because in 5-D, manifestation is very fast. If there are still unwanted energies and unwanted focus within our system, we might be manifesting negative detrimental things for ourselves. It is important during this time that we must try to master the power of the now and acceptance of everything around us. Let go of the past. Let the future decide for itself. Focus on the beauty of the now. Be just a detached observer and appreciate everything there is around you wherever you are. Create and create your hearts’ desire each day. This time is the best time to focus in the positive side of life and work on your goals. Train yourself to create things you want for you are a worthy creator from Source. You are not from here. You are powerful beings of light. You have the power to create. Make your daily and sleep affirmations. Listen to 528 and 432 frequencies. Never let go of your faith and trust that everything is being done for our greater good. Choose the food and drinks that we intake during this time. Keep alkaline to support the expanding third eye. Live in love and light as much as you can during this time. Take time to meditate and frequently ground these intense energies to Gaia to lessen the symptoms.
You are the chosen starseeds and light bearers. You are the galactics’ finest team who decided to come here on Gaia to experience all of these first so that you can guide many of her inhabitants. For Gaia will take as many of the inhabitants to a higher realm as much as she can. Her loving heart breaks as she leaves others on the 3-D self. She loves to bring everyone aboard. She needs us to assist her to help others without forcing them. To help awaken others in most caring and non-judgmental way for every soul plan is honored by spirit. Starseeds and light bearers we came here on this planet in this monumental time of ascension not just to attain upgrades. We came here with a pledge to serve, assist and create the New Earth that is prophesied to be the blueprint of ascension in other 3-D planets in the multiverse. What we do now is history beyond our imagination. Legacy beyond recognition. You are the heroes of the cosmos. You are the brave renegades of light sent by Source. We heard the call of Gaia. We came here with a mission. Never forget it. Stay strong. Live long and love. Create the life that you deserve for yourself and others…Welcome to 5-D.

Awakening to the Fifth Dimension...
Many don’t know it but the Earth and all it’s inhabitants are experiencing a consciousness shift into a whole new reality. We are transitioning into the 5th dimensional reality which kicked into high gear the year of 2012. Since then it has sped up increasingly and is incredibly obvious to many.
The 5th dimension is kind of like a fairytale...humanity will live in harmony, peace, respecting all people and Earth and living in oneness with everything around them. No more hunger, poverty or crime. Everyone living without fear and living with acceptance of our Galactic Nations. It sounds incredibly hard to achieve but we have no choice, it’s going to happen and the ones that resist these changes are having the hardest time with it. It’s all a Universal Cycle.
We’ve all thought of living in a world like this. We’ve all had dreams of a world and an existence just like this... these are memories you’re pulling from your past lives from thousands and thousands of years ago.
But, when we fell into this 3-D reality of struggle and detachment from Source we forgot it all. Many of us are having these intuitive feelings, clear visions and many are inwardly experiencing insight of the future of the human race and our planet. It’s like we’ve been waiting for thousands of years for this exact time in our history that we are entering. So basically all these feelings and insight we are experiencing are distant memories of worlds we’ve previously participated in.
So many are wondering how can we change this world we live in which consists of suffering, disease, fear and war to a Utopian world of peace and compassion. At one point the 100th monkey affect will take hold and there will be an Awakening of the human race that will be unstoppable. But, not everyone on this planet is making that choice consciously or unconsciously to make that 5D shift.
All souls have a choice to enter 5D given they have assimilated sufficient light to hold those energy levels that exists in that higher vibration. I believe many will choose to leave the Earth in the next decade or so to move on to other third dimensional experiences on other planets of the Universe. Meaning, they have not learned what the 3-D reality was meant to teach them. Meaning, everything is individual, it’s always been up to you and nobody gets a free pass.
Those who are here to stay to make the shift to this higher reality will experience some intense changes as their minds and bodies try to adapt to this radical transformation required for this shift. But, remember the 5th dimension is not where it ends because each dimension vibrates higher than the one below.
Remember, dimensions are not locations they are levels of consciousness and in each higher dimension exists a broader spectrum of reality, awareness, knowledge, a greater knowing. We experience more freedom, greater power and more opportunity to create reality.
In order for a higher dimension to be available for us we need to vibrate in resonance with it. Makes sense...😉
First off the 3rd dimension is not the things you see... the table, the tree, the Earth. These things are all form and all things in form still exist in the 4th and somewhat in the 5th dimension also they just hold more light they’re not as dense.
The 3rd dimension is a state of consciousness that is very limited and restricted. Because so many of us have lived in this 3rd dimensional reality for so many lifetimes we assume this is all there is. We live in a very limited, restricted reality of experience. The 3D reality runs on a rigid set of rules and limited beliefs. In the 3D we believe that bodies are solid and can’t merge with one another or walk through walls, everything is subject to gravity. Physical objects cannot disappear and we cannot read another person's mind. There’s a solid belief in duality and judgment and fear runs rampant.
The 4th dimension...
This is the bridge many are at right now and will be relatively for a short period of time. Traveling thru the 4th dimension is preparing us for the 5th dimension. The feelings of the 4D are moments of Awakening, everything in us and around us seems lighter, things are less rigid and fear is dissolving. Time is no longer linear in the 4th dimension and in my experience that causes some problems. LOL 😝... Losing time?
Also, manifestation is also faster in the 4th dimension. When you’re experiencing love, joy and gratitude you’re experiencing 4D consciousness.
In order to live in the 5th dimensional state of consciousness and stay there all mental and emotional baggage must be left at the door. No fear, hostility or guilt exists there. You will have mastery over thought and manifestation is instantaneous. People will communicate through telepathy which means we will be able to read each other’s thoughts and feelings. The experience of time is radically different some describe it as everything happening at once. There is no distinction between past, present and future.
We are in transitional times meaning we are experiencing the death of third dimensional reality. We are seeing this in our current reality today with the old 3D structure breaking down. This rigid, fear-based structure of control can no longer exist in a higher vibrational reality and we’re seeing that playing out right before our eyes on the world stage. So, basically what we’re seeing is one whole structure of reality collapsing to make way for a new higher reality brought on by these higher frequencies that are transforming our world. These will be radical times because everything that doesn’t serve us in this higher reality will fall away.
Fortunately, we are getting intervention with this transition by advanced beings from higher dimensional realms who are becoming more and more present to us that are here to assist us. Ask for their help! I’ve said this many times, that this is the first time that such a physical, dense body will go through the Ascension process. What I’m saying is...Souls that have incarnated into these physical bodies will be able take our human uniforms with us into the higher dimension if we choose. Doing this is seen as the next step in humanity’s evolution. So take care of your physical body. You have a choice to resist these changes or actively participate in them. There is no right way to make this journey it’s completely an individual experience and it’s up to you how fast you make it happen.

ARTICLE THREE
First Dimension being the mineral kingdom has conscious awareness of the properties of solid matter and the forces that hold it together, gravity, magnetism, chemical bonds, geometric crystal patterns.
Second Dimension being the plant kingdom also has conscious awareness and are the beginnings of life sustained by the nutrients of the First Dimension. Reproduction and growth in perfect manner to sustain its own kind with the requirement of light to produce photon-synthesis – converting light into liquid sugar food.
Third Dimension conscious awareness is the current natural state for Terrans or Earth Humans. We thrive on the energies that we get from other forms of third dimension creatures as well as from the lower dimensions. This is the symbiotic relationship that takes place on each planet on a material level. We have an animal body and the animal mind developed to keep us alive on the planet which is overseen by the Ego. The Ego locks us into patterns of behaviour and physical senses that ensures our survival by remaining competitive and feeds us interpretation of our surroundings. Third dimension is a material world based on the gathering, consuming and manipulation of material substances.
Fourth Dimension is the gateway between material and spiritual existence. We start entering this dimension when we purposely move away from the ego mind and seek a higher purpose in our lives other than the repetitive patterning of others that we see around us. We break free from the expectations and illusions of a belief pattern and it begins with the opening of the heart consciousness. The feelings of Duality continue into this dimension as we still view the world as dark/light, good/evil, male/female, left/right but we begin to purge ourselves of the patterned beliefs and balance the properties within us to move towards a sense of Oneness. The new senses and understanding start to take us in a differing direction and the removal of perceiving negativities allow us to control our thoughts in a higher vibrational manner. Our awareness expands beyond that of our immediate survival needs towards truth and enlightenment of the true nature of ourselves. We let go of that which previously controlled us and start to control ourselves - this requires us to change and to control our ego mind.
Previously, to move from third dimension to fifth dimension required death and separation from the physical body with transit through the Fourth Dimensional bridge to reach Fifth. Many dis-embodied souls chose to stay as spirit in the Fourth Dimension refusing to move onto Fifth so that they can try and continue some semblance of their previous life by re-enacting unresolved issues or influencing events and people that remained on Earth. Although these 'astral' frequencies are higher than Third Dimension, they are denser in nature. We can avoid the influence of these ‘trapped’ souls so that they do not cross our paths, by staying in high vibrational patterns of thought which will place your frequencies and 'point of perception' above this level. However, many loved ones that have passed over remain in the fourth dimension for a short while to oversee their former families before choosing to move on. It is this Fourth Dimension that many mediums use to see and contact Spirit. Frequencies and vibrations that are higher than our physical eyes can see can be seen by opening the ‘third eye’. These individual Spirits too are being moved on towards Fifth and beyond. Free–will applies across all dimensions as all exist at the same time.
Fifth Dimension entry occurs when we merge our spiritual light body with our physical body. The light body is our higher self – our true spiritual nature. The physical body must be of sufficiently high vibration – physical changes within us are currently occurring to allow this to happen. It is not governed by time but by understanding and realization known as enlightenment. It occurs when we harmonize all that we are. The Fifth Dimension is beyond logical understanding because it is a dimension that bears no relation to the laws known in the physical world. It is a flowing energetic world of instant possibility and creation and will create the Golden Age of Heaven on Earth.
This is the first time in the history of the Universe that a third dimensional physical body (Earth) together with all its inhabitants are being ‘adjusted’ and stepped up in gradual frequency through Fourth Dimension and into Fifth Dimension. There are many Fifth Dimensional beings and Planets already elsewhere in the Galaxy but they have not been raised from a lower frequency first.
Higher encoded light waves and particles are being sent to Earth from the Central Sun across the Cosmos to help increase the vibrations within the frequencies. These are arriving in monthly waves and many experience these in the form of ray-diation as motion sickness or ‘sea-sick’ or flu-like symptoms with extreme tiredness. Acceptance and grounding of these waves of energy is key to adapting to higher frequencies of vibration within the physical Self. The higher the frequencies, the more the discharge of lower negative frequencies – these can cause extreme distress and dis-comfort calling into question whether one is ‘going crazy’ or creating periods of depression or its modern day counterpart – bipolar.
Fifth Dimension requires a balance of all that we are – male/female, good and bad traits. Previously, we created and used Karma as a blueprint to plan and bring to ourselves events and situations to act out certain behaviours in order to learn the lessons and incorporate the experiences into our light bodies. This was spread over many Soul emanations often requiring an entire lifetime to learn at least one lesson to take back to the Soul. This is speeding up to such an extent that we may find over the next few years, all remaining lessons happening all at once in order for us to understand and accept all that we must to enter Fifth Dimension. Unless we consciously choose to change our minds and attitudes towards the higher purpose of what is happening – events will unfold before us to ensure that we DO understand. Many have found the last few years difficult and particularly the next few years unless they ‘awaken’ to the realities that many thousands are beginning to understand. The time is NOW.
The door of Fifth Dimension opens once acceptance of all that happens in your life and knowledge that it all serves a greater purpose. One must remain calm and centred and aware of emotional feelings and mental attitudes of all events as they unfold. Mastering the merger of male and female energies and using the right attitude at the right time rather than allowing the emotions and fear/ power creating behaviours of others influence your heart / mind decisions.
It would be easy to add at this time, the much used saying – Follow Your Heart – but the concept of using the Heart to dictate actions rather than the Ego mind can only be experienced not explained. There is also no point in adding exercises or affirmations or paragraphs of actions to follow – all must choose their own paths. We are all individually responsible – the time of taking the indoctrinated routes dictated by parents, teachers, employers and governments that has led us to the current ordered state of Earth has passed.
We are all on the path of Spiritual Evolution and Ascension – whether we choose to recognize it or not.
