Sandra Walter is a Wayshower, Ascension Guide, and something she terms a "gatekeeper", who serves the Light Intelligence of Source and the Shift in Consciousness which is well underway on Gaia. Her writings, videos, courses and other creations focus on this post-2012 shift and she has created a comprehensive 'Ascension Path' online training course that I highly recommend engaging with. Her function as a master gatekeeper means that she receives regular ascension updates from a diverse, benevolent collective of Higher Dimensional Beings which she then shares as 'Light Intel' articles in service to the ascension of our planet and the beings who inhabit her and are ready. Like myself she is not associated with any group or organization, not affiliated to any religion, and she focuses on documenting and providing insight into Gateway passages for energetic shifts, strong influxes of Light, solar activity, timeline divisions (when we make important decisions on what path we will take), and other related cosmic events. She can get quite technical, which isn't for everyone, and you do have to be open to the the fact that Gaia has already shifted to support higher dimensional living, but she is the most advanced ascension guide that I am connected with, and I thoroughly recommend her. Many individuals are experiencing deep life-changing shifts through Sandra's work.

Here is what she says about 'Gatekeeping' - Gatekeepers serve source and the Ascension by opening and maintaining inter-dimensional Gateways. These high-frequency portals such as Sacred Sites, Vortexes, Ley Lines and the New Earth Grid Systems link this dimension with the higher dimensions, the SUN, Galactic Centre, the Great Central Sun, and ultimately back to Source. Gatekeepers are called to serve via pre-incarnational agreement and a deep dedication to Gaia and Humanity. They open energetic passageways for the New Light frequencies to enter, thus revealing and accelerating the experience of higher states of consciousness. Sandra's area of service is Mount Shasta in California, she, like others including myself, have undergone a bold initiation experience to provide clarity for their mission. Hers is a fully conscious role that continues to expand based on what the collective consciousness can receive.

Kara was a social worker and counselor once upon a time but now functions as a reiki healer, intuitive healer, an ordained minister with Rose Ministries, a certified Path of Grace coach and a communicator of all things Ascension based. Her practice is based on being guided by Soul/Higher Self and she works to enable others to become guided at all times and to act on that guidance. She says that her one and only path is to help others step onto and flow on their own unique Path of Ascension - to help others release the old limited self and step into the mastery of the Soul Self. Her practice is called 'Soulstice Rising' and she writes her 'Ascension Notes' there regularly. For me her writing is directly related to the time of transformation we are in, and is of great help for those looking to let go of old karma and limitations and step into the beauty and, indeed, power, of who we are meant to be...Love. But remember...it is a very particular kind of love that is supported on the New Earth!

She focuses on embracing the energy of the Divine Feminine balanced with the Divine Masculine, which involves going within for all answers, being still, being receptive, receiving guidance, and then acting. She writes that the old way, no longer supported, is to act in order to do, save, rescue, or get. This is the old patriarchy. Now it's about Being. Being what you want to experience, before doing and then having. Simple! Her philosophy is that everyone is responsible for their own choices and that the answers are always within. Therefore, meditation is essential, for that is the gateway to the Soul, and she shows us how our Guides are partners, neither above nor below ourselves - we attract certain ones based on our consciousness. Consciousness, for Kara, is the absolute knowing that we are Divine. So, based on how a person feels and knows this, there is an indication of where that person's consciousness is: consciousness creates all life. Her healing is more appropriately approached as 'wholing': recognizing one's Wholeness, and her technique of 'wholing' involves helping a person remove whatever it is that stands in the way of their consciousness and wholeness.

Eva is a friend of mine who I met while walking my second Camino de Santiago. Her website is called "Movimento" which means "moving people". She runs guided trips to walk the Camino, and also in her native Denmark, and which focus on development and transformation. She says "your inner journey begins when you take the first step". She also runs workshops and courses, delivers lectures and coaching for private clients and businesses. And she's a big yoga fan.

This wonderful woman is known as L'Aura Pleidian or The New Divine Humanity. Her guided meditations and activations are the most powerful and effective that I have personally experienced and I highly recommend checking out her YouTube channel and incorporating some of them into your everyday lives.
